#whatsuptoday April

This April was chock-full of proms, weddings, Sight and Sound, and a very special custom costume, which we will detail in a full post next week.  We have some new faces in the Studio to help us through our summer haul, we restarted Harry Potter, and we've got some great additions to our How to Spot Quality series in the works.  April was controlled madness in the best way, and we're looking forward to more amazing projects as the weather warms up, bridal season hits full swing, and summer theater shows begin.  So without further ado, we present April via Twitter:

#whatsuptoday March

March is (finally!) over and we're moving along at a clip into April.  We have some new faces in the Studio and some brand new exciting projects, but before we get into all that let's take a moment to reminisce.

Oh March, you were so cold yet oddly warm and then oddly cold again.  You were filled with brides and bridesmaids, inventory and patterning, theme parties and galas.  You thawed our frozen February hearts, but then you froze them again and we didn't know what to do with that.  Thank you for the good times, but I have to say we're glad to see you go.

It's been fun and all, but we're ready for some dang consistent weather.

#WhatsUpToday December to January

At the beginning of December, we started a weekly series on Twitter that we've been tagging #whatsuptoday, and we recently reviewed all the pictures we've been taking.   What resulted is a slice-of-life trip down memory lane that we hope you enjoy as much as we did looking through it.    Our pictures range from Christmas decorating to ipod listening, from retail to custom to costumes.  Since we finished the 1812 project we have worked on inventorying our rental Closet, updating a vintage mink jacket, altering two different Inaugural gowns, creating several geisha costumes for a local production, and so much more.  We look forward to bringing you more slices of studio life, and we hope you look forward to seeing it!
